๐ฌ You commented SYSTEM โ here's the whole thing. This is the guided file that builds my AI content film room inside your own Claude Code: a system that scouts what's trending, tears down viral reels like game tape, writes scripts in YOUR voice, and gets smarter with every post. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
What you're building
One folder, four jobs. Paste the guided file below into Claude Code and it scaffolds:
- ๐ The Scout โ a morning research run that finds what's overperforming in your niche before you've finished your coffee.
- ๐๏ธ The Film Room โ paste any viral reel and get a teardown board: hook analysis, why it worked, what the algorithm rewarded, and the lessons to steal.
- โ๏ธ The Script Engine โ 10โ15 tested hook options and a full 60โ90s script in your voice, with a Comment-KEYWORD CTA baked in.
- ๐ The Lessons Log โ every post you ship (win or flop) goes back through the film room, and the lesson gets written into the system. This is the part nobody does, and it's why the system compounds.
Quick start (5 minutes)
Install Claude Code if you haven't:
npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code (or grab the desktop app)Make an empty folder and open Claude Code in it:
mkdir content-film-room && cd content-film-room && claudePaste the entire guided file below as your first message. Claude sets up everything and then interviews you about your niche and voice.
The Guided File (copy everything in this block)
You are setting up my personal AI CONTENT FILM ROOM โ a content system that researches my niche, tears down viral videos like game tape, writes short-form scripts in my voice, and gets smarter with every post I ship.
STEP 1 โ SCAFFOLD
Create this structure:
research/ (daily scout reports)
teardowns/ (one file per viral video I study)
scripts/ (finished scripts, one file each)
voice/VOICE.md (my voice profile โ built in Step 2)
LESSONS.md (the compounding lessons log โ seed it with today's date and zero entries)
Then write a CLAUDE.md at the root that encodes the four workflows below so every future session knows them.
STEP 2 โ INTERVIEW ME (do this before anything else)
Ask me, one at a time:
1. My niche and who I'm trying to reach (broad audience AND ideal client).
2. Three creators in my niche whose content I admire.
3. Paste 2โ3 things I've written or said (captions, emails, a transcript) โ analyze them and write voice/VOICE.md: my sentence rhythm, humor level, phrases I use, phrases I'd never use.
4. What I'm actually selling or building toward (so every script can speak to the ideal client without pitching).
STEP 3 โ THE FOUR WORKFLOWS (encode these in CLAUDE.md)
WORKFLOW: scout
When I say "scout", research what's working in my niche RIGHT NOW using web search: what topics are spiking, what hooks are repeating, what formats are overperforming. Write research/YYYY-MM-DD.md with: 5 trending topics mapped to my niche, the hook patterns behind them, and 3 content ideas ranked by fit for me. Cite what you found. No vibes โ specifics.
WORKFLOW: teardown
When I paste a video URL or transcript and say "teardown", build teardowns/<slug>.md with these sections: HOOK (verbatim first 3 seconds + why it stops the scroll) ยท STRUCTURE (the beats, where the loop opens and closes) ยท WHY IT WORKED (mechanism, not magic โ what the algorithm rewarded) ยท LESSONS TO STEAL (3โ5 rules I can reuse, written as do/because) ยท APPLY TO ME (the exact version of this video I should make). If you can't access the video, ask me to paste the transcript and describe the first 3 seconds.
WORKFLOW: script
When I say "script about <topic>", read voice/VOICE.md, LESSONS.md, and the latest research/ report first. Then write scripts/<slug>.md: 10 hook options (best first) ยท a full 60โ90 second script in MY voice with a curiosity loop that stays open until the end ยท a one-word ALL-CAPS Comment-KEYWORD CTA as the FINAL line ยท a caption. Rule: the video teaches why and what; the how lives behind the comment keyword.
WORKFLOW: retro
When I say "retro" and give you a posted video's numbers (views, comments, saves, where people dropped off), diagnose it against its script and teardown notes, then APPEND one dated entry to LESSONS.md: what worked, what flopped, and the ONE rule to apply next time. Read LESSONS.md at the start of every script workflow. Never delete old lessons.
STEP 4 โ FIRST RUN
After the interview, immediately run the scout workflow so I get my first research report, then suggest my first script topic based on it.How to run it (your daily loop)
- Morning: type
scoutโ read your trend report with coffee. - Found a banger in your feed? Paste the link + transcript, type
teardown. - Ready to shoot? Type
script about <topic>โ pick a hook โ record. - 48 hours after posting: type
retrowith your numbers. This step is the moat โ skip it and you're just guessing with extra steps.
๐ก Why the retro matters: my version of this system has caught things like a 9.49% comment rate being driven by one CTA pattern, and a hook style that quietly underperformed across four videos. One honest lesson per post compounds faster than any growth hack.
Want this built FOR you, custom to your business?
The file above is the starter version. My full system runs automated trend scouting across Instagram/TikTok/YouTube, visual teardown boards, a video-editing pipeline, and a lessons engine โ and I build custom versions of it for founders, creators, and practices that want content running as a system instead of a scramble.
